CBRNCF50 Filter
The CBRNCF50 is Avon's flagship CBRN filter canister, meeting the NIOSH CBRN APR standard at the 15-minute Cap 1 classification, the European EN 14387 standard, and NATO Triptych criteria for protection against chemical and biological warfare agents in aerosol, liquid, and vapor form. It is the standard CBRN filter for the C50, FM50, FM53, and FM54 respirator platforms.
- NIOSH CBRN Cap 1 (15-minute) approved — meets U.S., European (EN 14387 A1B2E1K1 P3), and NATO Triptych standards
- Threaded Converter Piece (TCP) — remove for low-profile conformal fit (becomes the CBRNCF50i)
- Effective against nerve, blister, and blood agents plus Toxic Industrial Chemicals (TICs)

- Canister body made of modified polyphenylene ether/polystyrene (PPE&PS) engineering polymer
- Spark-finish black canister body to reduce reflection
- Entirely non-ferrous and non-magnetic — safe for use near magnetic-sensitive equipment
- Compatible with C50, FM50, FM53, and FM54 (TCP attached); CBRNCF50i variant approved on Avon masks only
