SpearTac Solutions is not a manufacturer — we are an authorized dealer working with industry-leading partners including Avon Protection, Team Wendy, Point Blank, INVISIO, FirstSpear, and others.
If a product is defective or has failed under normal use, contact us at info@spear-tac.com or (913) 284-9342. We coordinate directly with the manufacturer on your behalf to determine warranty eligibility and arrange repair, replacement, or refund per the manufacturer's terms.
To file a claim, have ready:
Ballistic armor — soft armor panels, hard plates, and ballistic helmets — carries a manufacturer-defined service life, typically five years from date of manufacture for NIJ-certified soft armor. Use beyond the stated service life is not warranted. We recommend agencies maintain a replacement cycle aligned with NIJ guidance and individual manufacturer specifications.
