SpearTac Solutions ships nationwide to qualified public safety agencies, government entities, military units, and security professionals. Most products drop-ship directly from the manufacturer.
Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of PO receipt and credit approval.
Lead Times: Lead times vary by product and manufacturer. Many tactical hard goods are made to order and can require 4–12 weeks for production and delivery. Product-specific lead times are provided at the time of quote.
Shipping Method: Standard ground shipping is used unless expedited service is requested. Hazardous materials requiring special handling — including certain less-lethal munitions, chemical agents, and propellants — ship under applicable DOT regulations and may incur additional fees.
Restricted Items: Certain products are restricted to qualified buyers (law enforcement, fire/EMS, federal agencies, military, licensed security professionals). Verification documentation may be required prior to shipment. Items subject to ITAR, EAR, or FFL regulations may have additional restrictions including export limitations.
Return Window: Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Contact us at info@spear-tac.com before returning any product. Returns received without prior authorization may not be accepted or refunded.
Non-Returnable Items: Due to safety and regulatory requirements, the following items are non-returnable:
Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to authorized returns of standard products in original, unopened condition. Custom items, hazmat, and non-returnable categories are not subject to refund.
Defective Products: If a product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 5 business days of delivery. We coordinate with the manufacturer on warranty repair, replacement, or refund.
Return Shipping: Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed manufacturer defect.
